Email marketing is still relevant in 2022, as more than 23% of surveyed marketing professionals are actively using it. When it comes to the favorite tools, Mailchimp (36%) is taking the lead, followed by Hubspot (18%) and Salesforce Pardot (12%) — which is quite a humble result if you take a look at their respective CRM solutions. That’s certainly a lot of spam emails.

No surprises here. When we said that Salesforce Pardot’s result in the email category is humble, it’s because Salesforce (47%) is killing it when it comes to CRM. They are dominating the market, and we’ll just leave it at that. Coming in second, Hubspot (17%) has a considerably better overlap with its result in the email marketing category, hinting that it’s quite possibly a more versatile solution when it comes to combining CRM and email marketing.
